In just a few months, this year’s World CP Challenge will begin. Teams of four will  come together to walk enough steps to climb seven virtual mountains, including Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Everest.  Grab family members, friends, or co-workers and come up with a team name.  Once your team has registered, you’ll receive pedometers so that you can track your progress “up the mountains”. On September 4th, you can begin challenging other teams from around the world by challenging yourself to walk 10,000 steps a day.

The Challenge is designed so that a person of any ability can help their team. Over 40 activities, including walking, swimming, biking, and even yoga can count toward step totals!  Participating in the World CP Challenge is an incredible way to increase your strength while supporting a fantastic cause.

Last year, 2,000 people participated in the Challenge. Be part of an even bigger 2013 World CP Challenge by registering today! Take a look at the official site to sign up and find out how to transform your September into Steptember.
